Kanye West has reportedly been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for his scuffle with a paparazzo at LAX airport on July 19.
As Extreme Entertainment previously reported, the rapper lunged at the photographer after telling the pap, “I told you don’t talk to me, right?”
Last month, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office announced that it will not prosecute West for the incident.
The case was then passed to the L.A. City Attorney, which decided to charge the star for the scuffle.
West is set to be arraigned on October 10.
