On the same day, the 20-year-old model actor was also spotted making stops at the 3rd Street Promenade and the post office.
Last week, Patrick was seen chatting on the phone while taking a stroll along the beach with two gal pals on Thanksgiving.
“Happy thanksgiving everyone. Hope you all have a great day and spend time with the ones who mean the most to you,” Patrick tweeted on the same day.
