Famed attorney Gloria Allredsays she has video footage of the alleged incident withJustin Bieber at a Los Angeles Dave & Buster’s.
As Extreme Entertainment previously reported, police were called to the entertainment venue last Monday after Bieberallegedly tried to grab a stranger’s cell phoneafter the unidentified man was taking photos and video of him and Selena Gomez.
Sources told us that Bieber tried to lunge towards the man, but was held back by his security team, and then had already left by the time cops arrived.
Allred is now representing the man and his wife, and spoke to TMZ outside the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood precinct following a meeting with investigators.
The lawyer claimed to have video of the alleged altercation that she shared with officials, but refused to say what it shows.
“I think the video will speak for itself,” she said.
Allred described her clients as being “victimized” by Bieber, and said they “are cooperating with the police investigation.”
She also declined to say whether the couple are seeking damages, but noted, “The district attorney will decide whether or not there should be a prosecution.”
According to TMZ sources, investigators have reviewed the video and while it reportedly shows Bieber allegedly lunging for the man, it confirms he did not make any physical contact.
The site adds that police would like to interview Bieber next week.
The singer is currently on probation for his infamous egging incident, which requires that he stay out of trouble for two years.
