Sarah Hyland has split from her boyfriend Matt Prokop.
The “Modern Family” actress and the actor had dated for five years and lived together.
They first met while auditioning for High School Musical 3 in 2008.
Hyland, whose show won Outstanding Comedy Series for a fifth consecutive year at Monday’s Emmys, did not have a date at the awards ceremony.
