Iggy Azalea is suing her alleged sex tape partner — but not over their supposed explicit home movie.
The rapper has filed a lawsuit claiming ex-boyfriend Jefe Wine(sometimes called Hefe Wine) copied the entire contents of her laptop onto his computer when they were living together in 2009 without her consent.
The material is said to include unreleased master recordings, which is now allegedly being used as the basis for the new music Wine has announced he’s releasing featuring the “Fancy” star.
The suit further alleges that Wine’s recent claim Azalea signed a document giving him the right to exclusively release any musical content featuring the performer is fraudulent.
Azalea’s lawyers say the agreement is a fake, copied and pasted together from a legitimate management contract she previously signed with someone else.
Interestingly, the lawsuit makes no mention of the possible sex tape, even though Wine has said the document would allow him to release it without her approval.
Rather, Wine is accused of forgery, copyright and trademark violation, and conversion of stolen information.
