Gone Girl Won’t Vanish From Top Of Box Office: Kills It With Another #1 Finish

Gone Girl won’t disappear from the top of the box office.
The missing wife mystery-thriller won its second straight weekend, with the Ben Affleck-Rosamund Pikefilm earning $26.8 million.
Dracula Untold opened in second place with $23.5 million, ahead of another debut: Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day ($19.1 million).
Scary doll movie Annabelle ($16.4 million) edged out The Judge ($13.3 million) for fourth and fifth places, respectively.
Rounding out the Top 10 were: The Equalizer($9.7 million), Addicted($7.6 million), The Maze Runner ($7.5 million), The Boxtrolls($6.7 million) and Left Behind ($2.9 million).
