Phaedra Parks andApollo Nida are getting divorced.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star is splitting from Nida a month after hereported to federal prison to begin aneight-year sentence for fraud.
“Phaedra has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage,” a rep for Parks confirms to Extreme Entertainment.
The writing was on the wall.
During a radio interview before his incarceration, Nida complained that Parks hadn’t even shown up for his sentencing.
Parks and Nida have two young children together — Ayden and Dylan.
She has not yet commented on Twitter about the decision to end her marriage.
