Bobby Brown has delayed his upcoming tour in Australia to spend more time with his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, still fighting for her life in a Georgia hospital. The performer had shows scheduled for March with special guests Treach and Kay-Gee from Naughty by Nature. The ticketing company Ticketek has announced those dates have been postponed to May because of Bobbi Kristina’s medical emergency.
As Extreme Entertainment has been reporting, Bobby Brown remains unwilling to take his daughter off life support, even as doctors have given the 21-year-old a grim prognosis. There have been conflicting stories about when a decision may be made.
A secondary saga concerns Bobby Brown’s war of words with Nick Gordon, his daughter’s romantic partner, who discovered her unresponsive in their bathtub more than three weeks ago. Gordon has insisted that he wants to visit Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and has been barred by her father, and has also maintained that he’s been more cooperative with police investigating possible foul play than the media has reported.
On Monday, in a series of tweets, Gordon alleged that he’d received “death threats from the Browns” and accused Bobby Brown of being after Whitney Houston’s money. Brown’s camp, meanwhile, has cast suspicion on Gordon and questioned his interest in Bobbi Kristina’s condition.
