Celebrities React To UCLA Shooting – See Stars’ Reactions

UCLA was on lockdown on Wednesday after a shooter stormed the campus and terrorized students and the faculty, and now stars are reacting to the shocking news. See celebrity reactions below.
LAPD confirmed that the shooter (not pictured) killed one person and himself on the school’s campus on Wednesday morning. In a press conference shortly after 12 p.m. PST, LAPD Chief Charlie Beck said the “campus is now safe.” As a result, the university and the surrounding areas were placed on lockdown as police and SWAT teams searched for the gunman. Many students tweeted from the scene, sharing details of how they were barricading themselves in classrooms in attempt to stay safe.
Chloe Grace Moretz tweeted, “UCLA school shooting, When is enough enough. It’s time to change our gun laws and change America. Arsenio Hall warned his followers about the danger near the campus. “Caution … if you are at #UCLA … right now. #shooter #shelterinplace,” he wrote. And Debra Messing expressed, “HORRENDOUS Watching news about shooting at UCLA with casualties while taking selfie 2bring awareness to Gun Violence.”
Gabrielle Union shared, “Prayers up for UCLA! #Bruin’96.” Snoop Dogg, whose son attends the university, wrote, “Pray. 4. U. C. L. A. @ UCLA.” Josh Groban noted, “Awful at UCLA. Thinking of them and hoping it doesn’t get worse.” Ashley Tisdale wrote, “#UCLA please be safe. After the school was cleared, Kevin Smith wrote, “Tragic, but those of us with loved ones at or near @UCLA can exhale now.” Ariel Winter tweeted, “My thoughts & prayers are with @UCLA & all the students & families affected by today” Charlie Puth shared with his followers, “UCLA you are in my prayers right now. Such a senseless act.” Ellen DeGeneres posted, “Happy to hear the lockdown appears to be over. Sending my love to everyone at UCLA today.”
