The annual awards show honors not just men, but female stars, too, in unique categories you won’t see in other ceremonies. This year, a star-studded 10th anniversary event was held this past Saturday at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California. With a “Rat Pack” theme, the venue was very much set up like an old-school Las Vegas club.
And there were plenty of celebrities on hand, both as honorees and presenters. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon were named “Guys of the Decade,” while Julia Roberts was celebrated as the “Woman of the Decade.” And the recently-retired Kobe Bryant was heralded as the “Athlete of the Decade.”
But a new generation of stars were recognized, too. Gigi Hadid was crowned “Our New Girlfriend,” Von Miller was called the “Most Unstoppable Jock,” and Anna Kendrick was deemed “Hot & Funny.” Olivia Munn, James Franco, and Kiefer Sutherland snagged “Jean-Claude Gahd Dam,” “Virtuoso,” and “Outlaw” titles, respectively.
Meanwhile, Clint Eastwood bestowed the “Hero Award” to Alek Skarlatos, Spencer Stone, and Anthony Sadler, who are the three men credited with stopping a gunman on a train traveling to Paris last summer. In addition, as the Guys Choice taping took place just one day after the death of Muhammad Ali, John Legend and Andra Day performed a musical tribute dedicate to the late superstar.
Now fans can see how it all went down, with additional appearances from Zac Efron, Christian Slater, Chrissy Teigen, Terry Crews, Norman Reedus, and more stars. The two-hour broadcast is slated to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern. Click to watch the Spike live stream!
