James Corden Hosting The Tonys: 5 Moments We Hope To See

The 2016 Tony Awards are Sunday with James Corden hosting. Extreme Entertainment has five moments we hope to see with the Tony-winning star. Check out the list (and gifs) below!
Sunday’s ceremony is expected to be a big night for the smash musical hit Hamiltonand the drama Humans. But many people will be tuning in for Corden, who is hosting the show for the first time. The actor, who won a Tony Award in 2012 for One Man, Two Guvnors and now hosts “The Late Late Show,” recently opened up about the huge gig. “I consider the people who create the Tony Awards show the most talented people in the world,” he told Playbill.
Corden went on, “It’s the best awards show on TV. It’s not just a succession of people receiving trophies. You’re really going to see a proper show. There’s real entertainment there, and to just be in the middle of it… It’s not lost on me what a privilege it is to do such a thing.” Extreme Entertainment hopes Corden’s “real entertainment” includes the following:
(1) Even More Broadway-Themed “Carpool Karaoke”
Corden welcomed Lin-Manuel Miranda, Audra McDonald, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Jane Krakowski for special edition of the show’s popular music-themed series, airing Monday night. But there’s no reason the fun can’t continue at Sunday’s big show, maybe with a car right on stage?!
(2) Plenty Of Dancing!

The British star can move with the best of them. Just check out his dance skills in the video for Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop The Feeling.” Let’s hope he brings those skills to the stage.
(3) Broadway Celebrity Impressions

Corden’s parodies are some of the funniest on TV, so why not recreate some of this magic with this year’s Tony nominees? HamiltonSchool of Rock, and Spring Awakening are ripe for new interpretations.
(4) Heartfelt Emotion

Winning a Tony award can be quite emotional. Could there be sensitive and vulnerable moment with the host, who has already proved he’s not afraid to shed a tear in front a crowd? We’ll have tissues on standby.
(5) Celebrity Cameos

Corden is able to convince some of the biggest names in Hollywood to do some of the craziest things. Might this wacky fun continue on Sunday with nominees like Lupita Nyong’o, Jessica Lange, and Jeff Daniels? There’s also A-list presenters, ranging from Neil Patrick Harris and Sean Hayes to Oprah and Claire Danes, who may be game for some improvisation.
Ultimately, Extreme Entertainment hopes Corden ends the night feeling like…
