Dancing with the Stars is supposed to be a competition where everyone trains for the same amount of time with their partners, but there is a shocking cheating scandal thatRadarOnline.com has exclusively uncovered --Sherri Shepherd has been bending the rules before the show has even started!
The celebrities are officially paired up with their partners for the first time on the day the announcement of who will be dancing with who is made, and then given a few weeks to prep for their dance floor debut, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned thatThe View co-host has been practicing with her partner, Makism Chmerkovskiy, since December!
“Sherri was spotted in early December going into the Soho Studio and Maks was there too,” an eyewitness revealed.
“She had her dance shoes with her and was dressed in workout gear. I saw them dancing together."
The news is sure to stun other contestants involved in the show, who believed they were competing on a level playing field.
“You’re not supposed to even know who your partner is before the announcement is made, and it seems likeSherri is cheating and trying to get a leg up on the other dancers by spending way more time getting ready for the competition,” a show insider told RadarOnline.com.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Sherri will be competing against Maria Menounos, Melissa Gilbert,Gavin DeGraw and Jack Wagner, amongst others, but it seems like she’s trying to gain an unfair advantage.
“Sherri was spotted with Maks at the dance studio multiple times, way before the partner announcements were made,” the eyewitness claimed.
“This seems like cheating, or at least taking advantage of a situation. It doesn’t seem fair.”
Dancing with the Stars premieres Monday, March 19 at 8/7c on ABC.
