After four, painful years of struggling to conceive -- and a frightening breast cancer battle late last year -- Giuliana and Bill Rancic finally have something to celebrate: A baby on the way via gestational surrogate.
"We are so blessed!" the E! News anchor and Fashion Police cohost, 37, says in the new Us Weekly, out now. "This truly is a miracle baby."
Married since 2007, Giuliana and motivational speaker/author Bill, 40, open up to Us about the entire process -- meeting their surrogate, how they found out, how they're prepping for baby and much more.
Will the couple be in the delivery room? "Absolutely!" Bill says.
Adds Giuliana: "It will be the best moment of our lives."
