Amber Riley had a little scare on Tuesday night when she collapsed on a red carpet.
The “Glee” star was in the midst of doing interviews at an Academy of Television Arts and Sciences event for her hit show when she fainted and fell to the ground.
Riley, who recovered enough to still participate in a panel with her co-stars, took to Twitter later in the night to assure her fans that she was “okay.”
“I got a little dizzy from all the photog flashes! You’d think I’d be used to it by now, still a red carpet amateur I guess,” the actress said.
Riley also expressed gratitude to the photographers on the scene for being “professional and not taking photos of me on the ground,” admitting it “could have been super embarrassing.”
Reiterating that she now feels “fine,” Riley promised she would still “get checked out.”
“Thank you for all the concern and well wishes,” she added.
