Angie Everhart is “cancer free” following her surgery last Tuesday.
A rep for Everhart tells RumorFix, “It [surgery] was successful and she is cancer free!”
Last week, the model announced that she had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer, but said she still plans on living out her normal daily life as mother and model despite the diagnosis.
“Word has been trickling out about [Angie's] health. [Angie] wants to set the record straight by letting everyone know that it is true that she has been diagnosed with thyroid cancer, however, the prognosis is very good.” Angie’s rep said in a statement to RumorFix last week.
Angie also to took her Twitter to announce the exciting news, saying, “MY DR CALLED ME ON A SAT. MORNING TO TELL ME I AM CANCER FREE!!!!! #wootothemotherf**kinhoo.”
The 43-year-old star additionally tweeted: “THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!!! You have all been soooo kind and I’m over the moon relieved this nightmare is over!!!”
