Giovanni Arnold is a colorful photographer in New York City who has had his eyes on Amanda Bynes for some time now.
Not only did he tell-all to In Touch magazine and provide them with photos inside Amanda’s apartment, he claims he hooked up with the former Nickelodeon star. Amanda denies the allegations and calls Giovanni an “ugly black man.”
After looking at several of his videos on YouTube under the moniker “GTV,” RumorFix has learned that Giovanni’s obsession with Amanda has been going on for at least a month.
On April 9, he posted a video where he was dressed as a fireman with his hose dangling out. New York cops didn’t think his hose was as funny as he did — so he was told to put it away. The paparazzo was stationed outside of a hair salon in Queens waiting for Amanda to come out.
We’re told this next video – that was just posted two days ago – was their first meeting. Giovanni is working the camera trying to chat up Amanda while she is covering up her face with some papers. Giovanni is obviously flirting with the retired star and his friends say — although it’s not on tape — he was given her phone number after this on camera encounter.
We aren’t sure whether these videos prove that Giovanni is telling the truth, but they do prove that he’s as crazy as she is!
