Justin Bieber is threatening to sue media outlets that published nude photos of him. Extreme Entertainment is NOT one of those outlets.
As Extreme Entertainment reported, on Wednesday, the New York Daily News purchased paparazzi pictures surreptitiously taken of Bieber while he vacationed at a private residence in Bora Bora. The superstar was entirely naked in the photos, with his penis completely visible. The Daily News published the images, with small censors, on its website and in its newspaper.
Other outlets then picked up the snapshots, and a number of uncensored ones began circulating on Twitter. Again, Extreme Entertainment did NOT post any of the photos. But now Bieber is going after the publications that did.
The singer’s legal team is sending out cease and desist letters, demanding that the images be removed immediately, as they are an invasion of privacy, and were taken and distributed without his consent. The missive warns that non-compliance may result in a lawsuit. As of now, the pictures remain on the Daily News website.
Bieber himself has yet to personally comment on the photos, but his manager Scooter Braun tweeted on Wednesday night, “Privacy.
