The nasty case against telenovela star Christian Chavez has been dismissed, RumorFix has learned exclusively.
The former boy band member was arrested on April 30 after a nasty fight with his former boyfriend, realtor Benjamin Stewart-Kruger.
Christian and Ben were both charged with domestic violence, but Ben was able to get a restraining order against his ex that expired on Thursday.
The break up has been nasty. Ben accused Christian of having a failing career and bilking him out of thousands of dollars.
In Twitter rants in Spanish, Christian alleged that Kruger spent 10 days in a psychiatric hospital, that he is bipolar and has a history of violence.
But, the bitter fighting ended on Thursday when neither man appeared in court, so the judge dismissed the case.
Christian tweeted, “We bury our sins and wash away our conscience.”
