Kanye West Assault Victim Speaks Out For The First Time Since Attack

Kanye West’s attack victim is speaking out for the first time since the scuffle with the rapper at LAX last month.
Daniel Ramos appeared in a news conference with high profile attorney Gloria Allred on Wednesday to announce the lawsuit Ramos filed for assault, battery, and interference with his civil rights.
During the conference, an emotional Ramos revealed that he was caught off guard by the attack, “When Kanye West attacked me I was in complete shock. I was terrified when Kanye started coming at me.” The alleged victim claims he suffered injuries to his hip and hasn’t been able to work regularly. Ramos continues, “I was in terrible pain from the attack and I am still in pain.”
Allred also stood up for his client during the meeting, stating, “It has been more than a month since the attack and Mr. West still has not apologized to Danny,” adding, “Celebrities are not above the law, and they have no right to hurt others.” Allred confirmed that she did speak with West’s attorney and says she’s just waiting on their next move.
