Britney Spears announced her much-anticipated Las Vegas residency on Tuesday’s “Good Morning America,” revealing she’ll headline at Planet Hollywood for the next two years.
The pop star’s residency is called Piece of Me, and will entail 50 shows over the two-year period.

Spears flew to Las Vegas in a helicopter — where she says she “got sick” — to greet fans in the desert and make her big announcement.
The singer said she’ll perform old and new songs during the concerts, and added that her son Sean Preston would join her on stage for some of the shows.
Piece of Me kicks off in December.
Spears also revealed that her new album, which features a lot of material from her personal life, will debut on December 3.
“Breakups suck,” she said of her split from former fiance Jason Trawick.
