Heavily Pregnant Kim Zolciak Shares Revealing Selfie

It’s not much longer now!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak Biermann is pregnant with twins and she’s showing us she doesn’t have that much longer to go.

The 35-year-old reality star tweeted out a picture of her in a bra and sweats, showing her baby bump with the caption “Wiggin it to Walmart this morning!!! This belly is soooo heavy!!!!  Not too much longer!! #twins #thankgodforsweats .”

Kim already has two young sons with NFL hubby Kroy Biermann and two daughters from a previous marriage.  With her latest pregnancy, Kim will  be a mother of SIX!  She’s due this fall.
