Every artist has their own way of celebrating their first cover of the iconic cultural magazine that is Rolling Stone.
But Miley Cyrus decided to make her momentous occasion permanent.
She got inked with her tenth tattoo to mark the occasion with “Rolling” on her right foot and “$tone” on her left foot.
As chronicled in the issue, Miley wanted to do something fun to celebrate her big cover. ”I thought about going to play laser tag,” she says. “But laser tag sucks. And we could have gone bowling
