The 28-year-old royal will experience simulated blizzards and icy temperatures as he and his teammates test their equipment for the upcoming Walking With the Wounded South Pole Allied Challenge in November.
Harry and his team will face simulated blizzards and temperatures of forty below zero the door closes.
A spokesperson says, “They will use cross trainers to simulate skiing. They will ski for two hours at a time before breaking for around 10 minutes. Then they will repeat this for 12 hours
The prince and The Wire star Dominic West are leading teams of wounded troops on a 208 mile expedition across Antarctica for the charity trek. They aim to reach the South Pole around December 17, 2013.
