Willie Nelson’s band was in an accident in Texas early Saturday morning, leaving three of the musicians in the hospital and causing the performer to cancel his tour.
The music legend’s tour bus crashed into a bridge pillar on I-30 outside of Dallas, due to icy conditions on the roads.
The band members, who were not identified, were taken to the hospital with bruises and cuts — but one also suffered a broken hip, according to TMZ.
Nelson was traveling in a separate vehicle.
Reps for Nelson confirmed the incident on Twitter, also announcing, “This year’s Willie Nelson tour has been suspended indefinitely.”
The group was slated to perform in Mississippi on Saturday night, with dates scheduled through the new year.
