Beyonce celebrated Valentine’s Day with her daughter Blue Ivy. “Happy Valentine’s Day,” wrote the superstar in a Saturday Instagram post, along with a selfie picture showing the duo with their faces covered in little fake bees. Aww.
It’s been a busy week for Beyonce. Last Sunday, she was inadvertently pulled into the biggest controversy of the Grammy Awards when Kanye West briefly interrupted Beck’s acceptance of the Album of the Year prize and later criticized the industry for failing to honor Beyonce in the category. Meanwhile, she also performed a show-stopping gospel song during the ceremony to rave reviews.
She was then part of Tuesday’s Grammy Salute concert for Stevie Wonder, performing with Ed Sheeran. That concert is scheduled to air this week. On Thursday, Beyonce and Jay Z attended West’s New York Fashion Week launch of his new Yeezy sneakers for Adidas. Beyonce then attended multiple parties associated with NBA All-Star Weekend, also in New York, including Friday’s star-studded Michael Jordan Nike soiree, which featured a surprise Prince concert.
