Keeping Up With The Kardashians Recap: Kris Jenner Picks Khloe Kardashian As Her Executor, Scott Disick Hides Car Business

Keeping Up With The Kardashians” had Kris Jenner undergoing an epidural on her neck that required she be put under anesthesia at a medical facility and picking someone to make life-a-death decisions in case something went wrong. Ultimately, she chose Khloe Kardashian, though her ex-husband Bruce Jenner was hurt she didn’t want him to the executor of her will. Season 10’s third episode also had everyone suspecting Scott Disick was running a “shady” business, but it’s revealed at the end that he secretly owns a luxury car dealership.
The episode began with Bruce accompanying Kris to a crack of dawn medical procedure to relieve her chronic neck pain. Tension developed, however, because she first chose Kourtney Kardashian to be her life-and-death decision-maker. Not only was Bruce upset, but later Kim Kardashian also didn’t think Kourtney was the right choice.
The discussion and the realization he was no longer the one she relied upon, made Bruce tear up in the medical office. Bruce bluntly told his ex-wife, “The only problem I have with Kourtney is like I’m the only one here. She’s not here.” After Kris returned home, Bruce brought it up with Kim who felt Kourtney’s the “most indecisive person on the planet,” and noted she’s “stubborn” and “not as smart” as Kim had thought she was. Kim added, “I truly think I’m the most level-headed.” The talk made Kris reevaluate her decision to have Kourtney make the important decisions, acknowledging her oldest daughter’s “too indecisive.”
Kris also discussed with Khloe about who should make the decision, if need be, to pull the plug on her. After Khloe said Kourtney, Kris said, “She can’t even choose a paint color” for her house.” Khloe noted she was a little upset she wasn’t considered , but Kris explained that because she took her dad’s death the hardest, she didn’t want to burden her daughter more.
Much of the episode also dealt with Disick’s “shady” behavior and business dealings, including having a dozen license plates, even though he doesn’t have 12 cars. He’s also overheard by Kris and Kourtney talking about a $100,000 wire transfer of money. When confronted about what Disick does for a living, Kourtney responded, “I don’t know. He’s wheeling and dealing… Brokering things.” She added that he “loves to buy cars.”
At different points in the show, Kim, Khloe and Kris call Disick “shady.” Khloe even asked, “What if he’s selling stolen cars?” Everyone’s questioning what Disick’s up to made Kourtney become concerned about what he’s up to. She got even more suspicious when she invited him to join the family for dinner but all he could answer was that he was instead going to “meet someone to do something.” When pressed, Disick wouldn’t say who he was meeting or what it was about. It get even more dicey when a truck unloaded four luxury cars unexplained at the house.
When Kourtney confronted Scott about the cars, he said they were not his. Kourtney then pressed, “Are they stolen?” Kris eventually found out that Disick had a luxury car dealership under his name that, for some reason, he was not telling anyone about. He even got angry when Kourtney asked about it and why he was hiding his business. “I don’t like talking about work<‘ said Disick, to which Kourtney replied, “Just glad it’s not illegal.”
The end of Season 10’s third episode ended with Kris telling Khloe that she felt she was the most reliable, and that’s why she chose her to be the executor of her will. What did you think of this week’s episode?
