Kim Kardashian cries over Kris Jenner’s struggle with Bruce Jenner’s transition in a new clip from the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce” special. Watch below.
As Extreme Entertainment reported, E! is airing a two-part episode on Sunday and Monday that will exclusively focus on Bruce’s transition from male to female. Much of the footage was filmed earlier this year, around when he told his family that he is transgender and identifies as a woman. His ex-wife Kris had a hard time accepting the news, leading Kim to emotionally discuss the situation with young step-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
Kim begins by recounting a talk she had with Bruce about his decision to tell all in an interview with Diane Sawyer, saying, “At first I was, like, I’m totally gonna cry, I’m totally gonna cry. My throat was, like, literally burning.” The tears come as Kim continues, “I was thinking mom — this is really hard for her. It’s so sad. She cries all the time. It makes me really sad.”
“But we should really appreciate all the things that she does for us, because she does a lot,” Kim adds. As Extreme Entertainment reported, a previously released teaser shows Kris crying, and Kim telling her mother she needs to “let go.” Extreme Entertainment will have a recap of “KUWTK: About Bruce” after both broadcasts.
