Charlize Theron Alleged Stalker Will NOT Be Charged — Report

The man arrested for allegedly stalking Charlize Theron will reportedly NOT be prosecuted, because the District Attorney does not believe there is enough evidence that he was indeed stalking the Oscar winner.
As Extreme Entertainment reported, a guy now revealed to be Stanislav Sonseadec was arrested outside Theron’s home on Sunday when he attempted to deliver flowers to the actress. It was said at the time that Sonseadec was instructed to leave his bouquet at the gate of Theron’s private residence, but refused to leave without getting face time with the star herself. The police were called, and Sonseadec was taken into custody for stalking.
But the D.A. has now reportedly rejected the case due to insufficient evidence that he intended to harm the movie star in any way, or posed a threat. Although Theron’s assistant reportedly told Sonseadec multiple times to leave, authorities believe he may have been confused due to a language barrier. According to TMZ, Sonseadec is Russian, and apparently English is not his first language.
That said, Sonseadec’s home base is said to be Illinois. He was released on bail on Monday, and is now seemingly in clear since no charges will be pursued.
