Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy scare was not a “desperate ploy to save” “Keeping up with the Kardashians,” despite a report. Extreme Entertainment can debunk the story, which doesn’t make much sense.
Kardashian recently revealed on Snapchat that she thought she might be pregnant, until a pregnancy test confirmed she wasn’t. Now RadarOnline asks, “Could her moment of honesty be a mere ploy for attention?” The site goes on to suggest the “antics may be all for show.”
“Kris has put Kim on a mission and offered her a considerable pay increase if she comes back and slays on the show,” a so-called “source” says of “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” The supposed snitch goes on, “People are just over the Kylie kid drama and Khloe and Kourtney are boring as f*ck now. If there is anyone who can save ‘KUWTK’ it is Kim and Kris knows this.”
Okay, but what does Kardshian’s recent Snapchats have to do with the current ratings on the family’s reality show? The notion that the star’s pregnancy scare was staged to boost the TV series is illogical. And it’s rather easy to see how Kardashian’s in-the-moment Snapchat has nothing to do with “KUWTK” right now.
The new episodes that are currently airing were filmed earlier this year, as far back as January. A pregnancy scare last week does nothing to help “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” when the season was taped months ago. Kardashian may have had less-than-genuine intentions when she used Snapchat to document a typically personal situation, but deeming it a “desperate ploy” specifically to “save” “KUWTK” is demonstrably false.
