Nick Lachey is going to be a dad!
Nick and wife Vanessa Lachey (formerly Vanessa Minnillo) are expecting their first child together, Nick announced this morning while co-hosting "Live! with Kelly."
The couple, who tied the knot July 2011, are expecting their little one in late summer/early fall.
"I've had a chance to do a lot of great things in my career and my life but this is the one thing that, more than any other, I look forward to," Nick said this morning. "The fact that it's actually here, it's overwhelming."
While the two don't know the sex of the baby yet, Lachey added that they will find out before the child is born.
"We definitely want to know," Lachey said. "I can't take the knowledge that someone out there knows, but I don't know. It's like watching a sports game on TiVo."
Nick's ex-wife, Jessica Simpson, is due with her own child any day now -- see more expecting stars in the gallery below!
