Dr. Joyce Brothers, TV Psychologist, Dead at 85


TV psychologist Dr. Joyce Brothers has passed away.
She was 85.
Brothers shot to fame after she won “The $64,000 Question” quiz show in 1955, becoming the only woman ever to do so.
She went on to make numerous film, TV and radio appearances, and pioneered the television advice show.
Brothers also had a long-running newspaper advice column.
Her publicist said she died in New York on Monday.
