Miley Cyrus is number one on the 2013 Maxim Hot 100 – according to Miley Cyrus.

The starlet broke the news on her Twitter account late Friday, writing, “Didn’t know this was coming out yet! I’m so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 100!”
Along with a photo from her sexy photo shoot for the magazine (see below), she added the hashtags, “#myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue.”
Maxim hasn’t officially confirmed that Cyrus has indeed landed this year’s top honor.
