Kristen Stewart is featured in two new Chanel ads for the luxury clothing line’s “Paris in Rome” collection. Watch the videos below!
As Extreme Entertainment previously reported, the actress is serving as the face of the newest Chanel campaign, which is appearing in June issues of various fashion magazines. Stewart, who has been the brand’s ambassador since 2013, has headlined many Chanel’s lines in the past, including the Metiers d’Art collection. She’s even expanded into the brand’s makeup and eyewear categories.
On Tuesday, the actress attended an event in Beijing for the “Paris in Rome” collection showcase. She walked the red carpet wearing a black leather dress and boots, while rocking platinum blonde hair and bright red lipstick. Naturally, the clothes and makeup were all Chanel products. In contrast, the new commercials feature Stewart with her signature dark locks.
Stewart’s “Paris In Rome” shoot was overseen by Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld, and she recently spoke to WWD about working with the mastermind, saying the iconic designer “never turns me into something I’m not,” but still manages to “bring qualities out of people that are sometimes not as obvious to them.” Lagerfeld also had nothing but praise for his muse, calling Stewart “perfect for the Chanel image of today.”
