Brad Pitt did NOT vent to Marion Cotillard about his marriage problems with Angelina Jolie, despite an inaccurate tabloid report. Extreme Entertainment can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “not true.”
According to Us Weekly, the actor often confided in his Allied co-star while the two were filming their WWII drama earlier this year. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “Brad didn’t want to be alone. He said he was just worn out and fed up with his problems at home. He said they’ve had rocky moments before, but this is the roughest patch they’d ever been through.”
The tabloid’s questionable insider further contends Jolie flipped when she found out her husband was supposedly sharing their marital issues with Cotillard. “She cannot deal with anyone talking about their business,” says the outlet’s questionable insider. “That pissed her off the most.” But Extreme Entertainment checked in with a reliable source close to the situation, who exclusively tells us the magazine’s claim is simply “not true.” We’re assured Pitt and Cotillard didn’t have private discussions about his marital woes, and there’s no truth to the allegation otherwise.
In fact, Extreme Entertainment previously corrected Us Weekly for wrongly reporting Pitt and Jolie were adopting a girl from Syria. Of course, the estranged couple never took home a daughter from the country, and the publication’s latest story involving their divorce is also inaccurate.
