Miley Cyrus is facing another video controversy! At her 19th birthday party (which was thrown by Kelly Osbourne), Miley makes a joke when she’s presented with a cake with Bob Marley on it.
“You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Miley cake. You know you smoke way too much f—ing weed.”
Kelly then said: “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley!”
Somehow the video got out: you can see it here. Kelly defended Miley on twitter.

If Kelly’s right about people around Miley releasing this, then between the bong video and the racy pics, it seems clear that Miley needs to clean house!
