Imani Hakim To Play Gabby Douglas — Exclusive

The lead in the Gabby Douglas Story has been cast and only Extreme Entertainment has the details.

Imani Hakim, who played Tonya in Everybody Hates Chris, snagged the coveted role, according to our sources.

Imani who has a striking resemblance to Gabby, will play the first African-American to win the gold medal in the gymnastics all around event.

We are told Imani is already in Canada training for the role.

According to Deadline, Regina King will play her mother in the Lifetime movie.
