Jenelle Evans Arrested for Breaching the Peace During Alleged Domestic Disturbance

Jenelle Evans was arrested in South Carolina on Saturday for disturbing the peace, Extreme Entertainment confirms.
The “Teen Mom” star was taken into custody for allegedly breaking the North Myrtle Beach peace ordinance after a “domestic disturbance” with boyfriend Nathan Griffith.
A police spokesperson tells us that cops were dispatched “regarding a male and female yelling profanity outside their residence, causing a public disturbance.”
Griffith told the police Evans “locked him out of the house due to a verbal argument,” and he volunteered to temporarily leave the scene to “let things cool off.”
Cops arrived a second time, however, “to respond to complaints about loud yelling.”
“Evans was not cooperative and locked herself inside a bathroom,” we’re told, and police attempted to leave again — only to “hear more shouting in the residence.”
“She was yelling profanity in a high-pitched voice [and] then went back into the residence and continued yelling.  Evans then went back out to her vehicle a second time, still yelling profanity,” says the rep, adding that “an officer advised Evans to stop using profanity outside the residence but Evans continued to use it.”
She was subsequently arrested for “breach of peace,” and allegedly “told the officers to ‘go ahead and arrest”’ her, that she would ‘just get right back out of jail.’”
Sure enough, Evans was released about an hour later after posting bond — and promptly took to Twitter to blame the entire incident on a nosy neighbor, insisting an argument with Griffith never took place.
“Dude u can say what u want. The cops r sooooo annoyed by my neighbor constantly calling the cops on our dog and sh*t,” tweeted the MTV reality star.
She continued, “Went as far as my mom yelling at my neighbors if they don’t stop she will sue them. She did it to sell a story.”
“I’ve been in my house all day long… She even said Nathan was outside yelling at my mom on the phone… Lmfao no he wasn’t,” wrote Evans.
Evans’ arrest — her fourth time behind bars this year — comes just three days after she confirmed she’s expecting her second child.
