Melissa Rivers and her family are getting support from her celebrity friends and fans alike ahead of her famous mom Joan Rivers funeral.
The service is expected to be held on Sunday in New York where Melissa is currently busy making arrangements from her mother’s Upper East Side Apartment.
Joan’s grandson, Cooper Endicott, was also seen entering the building as the family prepare to celebrate Joan’s amazing life.
She died on September 4, 2014, after suffering a cardiac arrest during vocal cord surgery that took place on August 28.
Her funeral is expected to take place at Temple Emmanu El a Jewish Reform synagogue — which is located just three blocks north from her apartment on 62nd Street.
It is understood that several celebrities will attend the event that will be closed to the press and public – Rivers had previously stated that she wanted a red carpet style funeral attended by the likes of Meryl Streep.
