Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy traveled back to week one for their first “Dancing With The Stars” finals performance on Monday. Each of the remaining couples had to perform one routine from earlier in the season, and Willis and Chmerkovskiy chose their week one Foxtrot. The pair received a score of 32 the first time they performed the routine, and got a perfect score the second time around. Watch their performance below.
Len Goodman said, “From week one I said this could be your season, and your dancing has gotten better.” He added that the performance was “Great!” Carrie Ann Inaba exclaimed, “That was incredible. You showed me you are a dancer.” Julianne Hough noted, “I thought it was an amazing dance the first week, the difference is tonight it was flawless.” And Bruno Tonioli said, “You may come from royalty, but now you are dancing royalty.” Willis’ dad Bruce Willis was also seen in the audience shedding tears of joy.
After the judges’ comments, Chmerkovskiy and Willis received a perfect score of 40 out of 40 points. The pair will return to the dance floor one more time for a Freestyle dance mixed with Argentine Tango and Contemporary.
As Extreme Entertainment reported, Willis and her partner nailed a “steamy” waltz to “Earned It” from the 50 Shades of Grey soundtrack during last week’s semifinals. Check out the video below of Willis and Chmerkovskiy’s Foxtrot, and tell us what you think.
