Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are NOT heavily “flirting” behind-the-scenes of “The Voice,” despite a made-up report from one of this week’s tabloids. Extreme Entertainment can correct this story. We’re told it’s “fabricated.”
According to Us Weekly, the recently single coaches on the NBC music competition show “shamelessly flirt” on set. A so-called “source close to Shelton” tells the tabloid, “They’re the real thing,” adding that he’s started “dressing differently” for her. The “insider” goes on to say that Shelton is ditching his country look in order to be more attractive to the No Doubt rocker. “Gwen says he can still wear plaid, but the right plaid,” the supposed insider adds.
Nothing about this account is accurate. Shelton and Stefani’s relationship was and still remains friendly but professional. Actually, Extreme Entertainment was the first to exclusively bust these dating rumors about Shelton and Stefani last month when they first began cropping up.
It’s kind of surprising Us Weekly would join the bandwagon of inaccurate reports tying the two musicians to each other romantically, especially since Extreme Entertainment previously busted Life & Style and RadarOnline for publishing similarly wrong stories.
