Courtney Barnett ‘SNL’ “Nobody Really Cares If You Don’t Go To The Party” Performance – WATCH VIDEO

Courtney Barnett performed “Nobody Really Cares If You Don’t Go To The Party” on this week’s “SNL.” The song is off her debut album Sometimes I Sit And Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit. See the video below of Barnett’s performance of “Nobody Really Cares If You Don’t Go To The Party” on “Saturday Night Live.”
This marks Barnett’s first time as the musical guest on “Saturday Night Live.” The singer-songwriter and guitarist from Australia impressed critics with her first album last year. She was even nominated for Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards in February. And Sometimes I Sit And Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit reached number 20 on the Billboard 200 chart.
Barnekt is a tireless performer who seemingly is constantly on the road. After a number of concerts in her native Australia in March, the singer-songwriter and guitarist began touring in the U.S. in April with back-to-back weekend performances at Coachella, as well as concerts in Portland and Seattle in between. Barnett also had concerts in Chicago, Austin, and Memphis.
Right after “SNL,” Barnett heads to Alabama, where she has a performance on Sunday. Other North American dates include shows in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Boston, Detroit, New York, Montreal, and Toronto. And if that wasn’t enough, Barnett is slated throughout June and July at a slew of European festival in such countries including, Germany, France, Spain, the U.K., Denmark, Ireland, and Switzerland.
