Paige VanZant and Mark Ballas performed a salsa routine to Pitbull’s “Fireball” for her redemption dance during the finals of “Dancing With The Stars.” Watch the video below.
Last week, VanZant performed one flawless routine and a second near perfect dance. For her Argentine tango, the UFC fighter recieved a 29 out of 30 points. While Carrie Ann Inaba liked that it was “really sexy,” and Bruno Tonioli had no problem with it being “nasty” and “naughty,” Len Goodman felt it was “too hot and sharp” for him. They all agreed, however, that VanZant was perfect with her trio dance with partner Mark Ballas and Alan Bersten. Goodman called it a “showstopper,” while Inaba declared the fighter “unstoppable.”
This week, following VanZant’s salsa, Goodman noted that the audience loved her performance, which is important, but he noticed a tiny flaw here and there. Inaba felt that at this stage of the competition that dancers have to show improve, and she brought her “A game.” And Tonioli exclaimed, “Goodness gracious great ball of fire,” and then did some wild hip movements, seemingly to show his approval of her moves.
VanZant and Ballas’s dance to Pitbull’s “Fireball” earned them 29 out of 30 points. Check out the video below of Paige VanZant and Mark Ballas’s salsa dance during the “Dancing With The Stars” finals.
