The magazine, which DeGeneres hilariously mocked last year for its continuous false split reports, now says the couple is having issues over the talk show host’s alleged “excessive boozing.”
According to a so-called “source” for the tabloid, “Ellen often drinks at home, and when she does, she can get pretty nasty and hurtful… They fight about it a lot.”
Star goes on to allege De Rossi is “worried that Ellen will leave her for someone younger,” quoting the purported “friend” as saying, “Ellen loves younger women. It’s been a pattern for her: She meets a beautiful young woman, wines and dines them, and sweeps them off their feet.”
Um, what “pattern”? DeGeneres and De Rossi have been married for 6 years.
Anyway, the bogus “pal” further claims, “Portia has caught Ellen checking out hot, young women on many occasions. It’s led to several blowup fights.”
OK, that’s about all we can stomach of this nonsense.
For the hundredth time, DeGeneres and De Rossi are NOT splitting, and are very happy in their relationship together.
Tabloids have and will continue to report this false rumor because it sells, but there’s not one ounce of truth to it.
