Blake Shelton Bought Pink Pistol Building, NOT Miranda Lambert Boutique

Blake Shelton bought the Oklahoma building which housed Miranda Lambert’s Pink Pistol boutique. He did NOT buy her actual business, contrary to some reports.Extreme Entertainment can help set the record straight.
On Wednesday, Lambert announced she was closing the Tishomingo location of her Pink Pistol shops. The songstress said she plans to focus primarily on the company’s Texas locale. That store, which is in Lambert’s hometown of Lindale, will be expanded.
But after the news broke, rumors surfaced that Shelton had purchased Pink Pistol from Lambert. That’s not true. He actually bought the Tishomingo building in which Pink Pistol was located. “The Voice” coach clarified the situation on Twitter on Wednesday night.
Local news anchor Dan Thomas tweeted to Shelton, “Is the report true that you bought the Pink Pistol and that you have plans ‘brewing’?” The musician replied, “No sir. PP left town. I bought the building it used to be in though!!! And yes something is brewing…” That was welcome news to Thomas, who responded, “Great to hear bro, I’ll put in on the @KXIITV 9 and 10 news. Glad to hear you got Tish’s back! Can’t wait to hear the plans!”
Shelton also released a statement giving credit to Pink Pistol for helping revitalize the Tishomingo community, though he did not mention Lambert at all. The business developments come nearly a year after the former couple divorced. Two of country music’s top stars, they announced the end of their marriage in July 2015.
Shortly after, Lambert permanently moved out of Shelton’s Tishomingo ranch and no longer resides in the area. She’s since started dating singer Anderson East, while he is a relationship with Gwen Stefani. The exes are pictured above at the 2015 Grammys, months before their split.
