The Game Donates $10K To Pay For Little Girl’s Funeral After She Was Killed By Gun Violence

Rapper The Game was so moved by the story of an innocent six-year-old killed by gunfire outside of Los Angeles that he’s helping pay for the little girl’s funeral, Extreme Entertainment has learned.

On Thursday the rapper/actor posted a photo of Tianna Ricks to his Instagram account with the message “this is the only person I can seem to really think about for the past three days. I made a small $10k donation to burial costs & I still feel like sh*t to be honest because I wish things like this didn’t have to happen to our children…”

“If you haven’t heard, 6-year-old Tiana Ricks lost her life to gun violence Sunday & her mother is lost without her baby. Even being a father of a 3-year-old myself I couldn’t in my deepest thoughts imagine what Marquia is going through.”
He continued “I can only ask God to hold her near during this time & to cover her & Tiana’s father as well as the rest of their family. This is a very difficult time for them & all prayers & support are much needed” and that as a father himself “God knows I couldn’t go another day without mine.”
The 33-year-old – whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor – was in Australia when he heard Tiana’s story and immediately tracked down her mother to donate $10,000 to help with funeral expenses.
Tiana and her father, Tyrell Ricks Jr., 26, were standing in the driveway of home in Moreno Valley, California Sunday when two men walked up, confronted them and opened fire. Tiana was struck and later died at an area hospital.
