Reese Witherspoon did not cancel at the last-minute her and Jim Toth’s supposed plans to re-create their honeymoon, despite a new tabloid report. Extreme Entertainment can exclusively bust this story. We’re told it’s simply “ridiculous.”
According to Star, the couple allegedly bought plane tickets to Naples, Italy for a 10-day vacation “meant to salvage their relationship.” But a so-called source tells the tabloid, “Reese freaked out once she realized that they were flying out on their son’s birthday.”
The magazine’s “insider” goes on to claim that Toth tried to explain to his wife, “Tennessee was only turning 3, so he wouldn’t remember much anyway,” adding, “Jim even suggested celebrating the day before, but Reese refused and canceled the entire trip.” The tabloid’s “insider” further alleges the Hollywood agent was “devastated” by Witherspoon bailing on their scheduled trip, because the getaway was reportedly meant to “reconnect and reignite the passion that’s missing from their marriage.”
Of course, Star is the same magazine that recently published a story falsely claiming Toth was “drinking away his marriage” to Witherspoon.
