The release date for the highly-anticipated movie Fifty Shades of Grey has been pushed back!
According to Deadline, Universal Pictures and Focus Features have delayed it to February 13, 2015, after originally scheduling it for a August 1, 2014 release.
There’s no word on why it was changed, but it may have to do with the last-minute casting switch-up.Jamie Dornan replaced Charlie Hunnam after he left the project in October.
Meanwhile, Dakota Johnson is still on board to play Anastasia Steele.
Production was set to begin on Dec. 2, and it’s unclear if that has been affected.
